1. Overview

At Toppers Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with clear guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Our standard return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with any tags or seals intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.
  • Items must be returned to the address provided via email after contacting us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, meat, or baked items
  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g. toiletries, grooming kits)
  • Gift cards or digital gift codes
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable substances
  • Customized or special order items

4. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or spoiled
  • You received the wrong item or your order is incomplete

We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation. In some cases, we may request photos for verification.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, email us at contact @ toppersmart.com within 7 days of delivery.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


9. Gifts

  • If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

10. Shipping Returns

Returns must be shipped to the address we provide via email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

11. Exceptions & Special Cases

Toppers Mart reserves the right to deny a return or refund request if:

  • The item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts
  • The return is initiated after the 7-day window
  • Abuse of the return policy is suspected (e.g. excessive returns, fraudulent claims)
